Fallball “Recreation” teams play with other local Inter-City teams. Practices are held at LNGS’s home fields (NHMS) and games are played at other local OC venues, including Aliso Viejo Community Park, home to Aliso Viejo Girls Softball.

Fallball “Select” teams are selected by returning Allstar coaches.  Select teams play a slightly more competitive schedule against other Fallball Federation ‘Select’ teams.  In addition to a more aggressive practice schedule, teams in each division to play inter-city friendly games and tournaments throughout the fall season.
